All souls have been given an angel to guard and protect them.  God has also entrusted His angels with guiding His children to help them overcome any obstacles they are facing, but most importantly, to teach them virtues. Virtues are standards for living life with moral excellence. When people practice virtues, they build a foundation that will help them make good choices. The more virtuous they become, the more they love God and their neighbors. Then one day they reach Heaven. There are many levels or realms in Heaven. One of the realms, we call Inspirit.

Inspirit means to enlighten, illuminate, and fill with spirit.

Virtues

Hope- Hope keeps our spirit alive.

Faith- Always have faith that God knows what He is doing.

Truth- See the truth in all things and you will know the way.

Justice- Doing a good deed may also mean making a hard choice.

Love-Love should be the reason for all our actions.

Charity-Give up something from your heart for another in need.

Patience- Know that God always answers prayers; maybe not exactly how we would have liked, but always according to His will.

          Fatima Angel Prayer
O Most Holy Trinity, Father,
Son and Holy Spirit, I adore
Thee profoundly. I offer Thee
 the most precious Body, Blood,
Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ
present in all the tabernacles of
the world, in reparation for the
outrages, sacrileges and
indifferences by which He is
offended. By the infinite merits
of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and
the Immaculate Heart of Mary
I beg the conversion of poor sinners.
